Fleming century seals big New Zealand win against Bangladesh

Lots of people are speculating Australia New Zealand final in this year World Cup and if form is anything to go by, this can turn out to be reality. Once again showing their full repertoire, New Zealand crushes aside the challenge of Bangladesh, beating them by nine wickets.

Earlier, opting to field first, New Zealand received a double injury blow when fast bowlers Michel Mason and James Franklin leave the field because of injury. Any other side would have struggle to bowl 50 overs in the flat batting track but not Kiwis. Not only they restricted them to the paltry total of 174 but also most importantly they batted like champions.

Captain Stephen Fleming scored a magnificent century while Hamish Marshall scored a half century. For Bangladesh, it was a serious reality check after a brilliant performance against India. Their bowlers especially three left arm spinners struggled against the New Zealand top order while their batters throw their wickets away at crucial times.
